Evaluation

The last section of your report is the evaluation.  What aspects of your research went well, what was less successful, and what could you do differently next time?

A simple technique to start with is a SWOT analysis for your overall study

·        Strengths – Things that went well

·        Weaknesses – Things that went badly

·        Opportunities – Things you could do differently

·        Threats – Unavoidable problems (e.g. bad weather)

After this though, you will need to explain the changes, improvements and extensions of your study in more detail, giving specific details about what you would or could do differently.
